Beginning her career as a fearless horse stunt rider, Rosemary quickly transitioned into organiSing high-profile events and establishing a successful talent agency. Her experience in
talent management led her to producing and directing, where she has created impactful, authentic projects.
Recently, Rosemary expanded POW Studios by launching POW Talent Agency, which exclusively represents female talent across various industries, ensuring women's voices are celebrated worldwide.
Beyond entertainment, Rosemary is a passionate advocate for women's rights and philanthropy.
She serves as President of Soho House’s 10:10 Club and plays a key role in The Ned Club globally, focusing on empowering women, especially older women, through panels and workshops. She is also an ambassador for Refuge and a trustee of the Jane Goodall Institute UK, where she supports initiatives for domestic violence victims and environmental education.
